I just got back from a beautifully intense bike ride downtown and back. It wasn't long enough since I wanted to be back inside before night fell, but I pedaled until my calves hurt and it was just a wonderful, liberating, therapeutic ride. On Tia's birthday, as we neared the corner of Moyston and State, we saw our bus sitting at the stop. So I ran as fast as I could and reached the door just as it closed.
